Maryland Guaranteed Transfer Admission Programs

Maryland Transfer Advantage Program (MTAP) gives students at MD community colleges priority review and tuition benefits at UMD College Park. It's not as strict a "guarantee" as UC TAG — Limited Enrollment Programs (CS, engineering, business) still require competitive applications.
